The payoff frame. After Pixel explains it in the real world, hard cut to this for 1-2 seconds, then gone. Rune, wide-eyed and obsessed, drowning in the glowing journal at his desk in the Lair (over the lake), the search-and-AI web erupting around his head. He's a genuine nerd who's genuinely great at it, that's the joke and the flex.
Same Rune as the epic anchor, just in "buried at his desk" register. The whiplash from flat-2D Pixel to this painterly world is the whole gag.
